Berry Smoothie

2 servings

* fruits can be substituted for fruits in season

My favorites are pineapple, beets, peaches and cherries

¼ Cup Raspberries (approx. 10 berries)*

1/4 Cup Blackberries (4-5 Large)*

1 medium banana

1 small apple

1 avocado

4 large strawberries*

½ cup blueberries

1 Cup coconut water

1/3 cup organic pure pressed beet juice or 1 fresh beet cooked *optional

1 Kale leaf

Blend well with ice


3-6 Tbsp. Brewer’s yeast (work your way up to 6)

¼ tea Spirulina powder (Sea Alge)

¼ tsp. mushroom extract (Naturealm sacred 7 mushroom blend)

2 scoops Collagen

1 Tbsp. flax seed

****If it’s too thick add more liquid****
